Unable to receive the verification code via email
Solutions if your email can’t receive the verification code:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder: Make sure the verification email wasn’t mistakenly marked as spam.
- Add the sender to your whitelist: Add the following sender addresses to your email whitelist to ensure you can receive the verification email: Hotcoin@hotcoinotify.email 、do-not-reply@notification-hc.com 、hotcoin-global@mail2.hotcoin.com
- Check your mailbox storage: Confirm that your mailbox isn’t full, which could prevent new emails from being delivered.
- Resend the verification code: After completing the steps above, request the verification code again.
