Yes. Accounts that have not completed KYC can still trade on Hotcoin. Non-KYC accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of the equivalent of two BTC across supported tokens.

You need to complete KYC in the following cases:

When an official campaign requires identity verification
When your account triggers platform risk control

In these situations, the system will prompt you to complete KYC before you can continue certain actions.
