Hotcoin does not charge any fees for on-chain deposits.

Please make sure you select the correct supported mainnet address and meet the minimum deposit amount. Deposits made to unsupported networks or below the minimum amount may result in asset loss and cannot be recovered.

How are on-chain withdrawal fees charged?

On-chain withdrawals incur a transaction fee that varies by token and blockchain network.

Only one fee is charged per withdrawal within a single transaction. The exact withdrawal fee is displayed on the withdrawal page before you confirm the transaction.

Are internal transfers free?

Internal transfers between Hotcoin accounts do not incur any fees and are credited in real time.

Once completed, internal transfers cannot be reversed or recovered. Please double-check all details before confirming the transfer.

To reduce the risk of errors, we recommend transferring funds using the recipient’s registered email address or phone number.
