Why does the “High Risk Detected for This Deposit” notice appear?
This notice appears when the deposited assets are flagged on-chain as potentially high risk. In this case, the system temporarily prevents the funds from being credited to your account.
To proceed, please contact Hotcoin online customer support and provide proof of the asset’s source. This may include transaction records from the sender, screenshots from the originating platform, or other relevant supporting materials.
If the submitted materials pass our review, the funds will be credited to your account as soon as possible.
What happens if the deposit fails the risk review?
If the review confirms that the assets present abnormal risk, you may request a return of the funds.
Once the return request is submitted, Hotcoin will process it within twelve hours. The funds will be sent back to a wallet address you designate, provided the address is on the same mainnet as the original deposit.
Can high-risk deposits always be returned?
If the deposited amount is below the platform’s minimum deposit requirement, it cannot be credited or returned.
Please ensure that the deposit amount meets the minimum requirement shown on the deposit page before transferring assets.
How can I avoid top-up risk alerts?
- Verify the source of funds before making a deposit
- Avoid transferring assets from unknown or high-risk platforms
- Confirm the correct network and minimum deposit amount before depositing
