If your deposit hasn’t been credited to your Hotcoin account, here are the most common reasons and what you can do next.
  

1. Network delay or insufficient confirmations

  

  • Deposits require a certain number of block confirmations before they appear in your account.
  • You can track the confirmation status using a blockchain explorer.
  • During high traffic periods, the network may be congested—please wait patiently. Funds will be credited automatically once confirmed.

  

2. Incorrect or missing deposit details

  

  • Double-check that you entered the correct deposit address, network, and tag/memo (if required).
  • If a tag/memo was missed or entered incorrectly, your deposit may not be credited automatically.
  • Please contact Hotcoin Support and provide your TXID and other details.

  

3. Deposits made via an unsupported network

  

  • Ensure you select a supported network when depositing. For example, depositing TRC20 USDT to an ERC20 address may result in the loss of your funds.
  • If you've deposited via an unsupported network, please reach out to Support with full details:
    • Token name
    • Deposit network
    • Amount
    • TXID

   

4. Deposit not showing on the blockchain

   

  • If the transaction is marked as "failed" or does not appear on the blockchain, please contact the sending platform first.
  • Hotcoin can only process deposits that are successfully recorded on-chain.

  

5. Internal transfer not received

  

  • Transfers between Hotcoin accounts are usually credited instantly.
  • If it’s delayed, contact Support and provide both UIDs and the TXID or transaction screenshot.

  

6. Deposit amount below the minimum

  

  • Each token has a minimum deposit amount.
  • If you send less than the required minimum, the deposit may not be credited or recovered.
